Makes 16 cups (1 gallon) of tea. Use 1 Tbsp leaves per 1 cup water. Bring water to a boil. Steep leaves 15-20 mins. Strain, reserving liquid and tossing leaves. Sweeten tea with desired amount of raw honey or sweetener of choice. Serve hot or cold. Store in covered pitcher up to a week.
You can also pour some tea (with or without raw honey) onto pads and freeze! Use to ease soreness on bottom.
